1. What we collect
Visit data: the technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page). Account: if you create an account, your username, email address and password (stored hashed). Orders: when you buy, your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, and the order contents and total. Forms: what you enter in a contact or quote form. Wallet payments: if you pay with the AB2BC / Red Envelope wallet, we receive the payment confirmation and the transaction identifier needed to match it to your order.
2. How we use it
To run the Site and shop, fulfil and support orders, take payment, issue any purchase rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to your requests, and understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies
When you visit the Site it sets these cookies in your browser. Functional: pll_language remembers your chosen language (up to 1 year) and rfqtk_wp_session… supports the quote and request forms (up to 30 days); the shop adds cart and checkout cookies and, if you log in, a login cookie (WooCommerce / WordPress). Analytics: tk_lr, tk_or and tk_r3d, set by Jetpack / WordPress.com analytics, remember where you came from (3 days to about 13 months). None of our own cookies is used for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart, checkout and login may then not work.
4. Third-party services
The Site runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. We use Jetpack / WordPress.com Stats (Automattic Inc.) to count visits (requests go to stats.wp.com and pixel.wp.com); they receive your IP address and the pages you view. Payments made with the wallet are processed by the AB2BC payment gateway and settle on a public blockchain (section 5). Some pages (for example About) show YouTube videos behind a play button. When such a page loads, the preview picture is fetched from Google’s image server (i.ytimg.com), which receives your IP address; the video player is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you click play, and YouTube (Google) then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. We do not add advertising or social-media trackers of our own. Links to external sites (e.g. Discord) open those sites under their own policies.
5. Sharing and blockchain records
We share personal data only with the providers above (hosting, analytics, shipping and payment where applicable), when required by law, or to protect the Site. We do not sell it. Payments and rewards made on a blockchain are public and permanent: the wallet address and the transaction are visible on the public ledger and cannot be deleted by us.
6. Retention
Technical logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed for security and aggregate reporting. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically several years), then deleted or anonymised. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it, subject to those legal retention duties. Form submissions are kept as long as needed to answer them. Blockchain records are outside our control (section 5).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email us (section 9). We cannot erase on-chain records.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the age your country sets); we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security, changes and contact
